For those of you who are wondering about whatever happened with this house, we felt the asking price was too high for what the house was actually worth. The house was not sold and has been taken off of the market. Although the house is no longer for sell, I've been keeping my eyes on it just in case!
Hector and I are still house hunting and have found a few potentials - more updates to come later.
